But I have no idea what it means when people write "no YIMs". I seriously cannot figure out what that means.

Many years ago, one of our Admins, sugar0o, coined the phrase "Gutter Marble" (GM) to denote people who were over 18 and eligible to view all materials on the site. Then came the phrase "Young Impressionable Marble" to indicate people who were under 18 and banned from accessing that material by our rules.

I'm sure we could probably do away with the "no YIMs" warning, but it does add a touch of whimsy to the site, don't you think?

I really like Young Impressionable Marble a lot actually, and it does add more whimsy. =3 Gutter Marble is just too funny...
