"I will see you guys in a little while. I am going to go take a shower." Kagome called over her shoulder to her siblings as she vaulted up the grand staircase. She took two to three steps at a time. They chuckled at Kagome's antics. Katalynn, Eragon, Aura, Cressida, and Diana merely smiled and waved at Kagome when she looked over her shoulder at them. Once Kagome reached the top of the stairs, she ran to her bedroom door near the end of the hallway.
Kagome ran into her room. Kagome's room was enormous. Her walls were lime green with black skirting boards. Her bed had a white mattress that felt like heaven on Earth. She had black sheets on her bed with a fluffy, silk, black comforter with white designs stitched into it. Her pillows were fluffy with black, silk pillow cases with white designs stitched into them so they matched the overall theme of her room. There was a crystal chandelier hanging from the middle of the ceiling. The ceiling was at least twelve feet above th floor. The windows were two panel windows with crystal instead of glass in them. The floor was wood panels made of brazilian cherry wood. She had her own bathroom connected to her room. She had one large vanity by her door. She had a couple dressers. Kagome had OCD. She liked to keep her things in a certain order so she knew where everything was.
Kagome took a pair of faded, ripped, blue jeans out of the top left drawer of her sandalwood dresser. She then picked out a black, fitted T-shirt with royal blue that started just under her breasts and went the rest of the way up to her neck out of her closet. She smiled as she put the shirt up to her chest and looked in her vanity mirror. Kagome picked out a black, silk undergarmet set. Kagome folded her clothes.
Once Kagome finished folding her clothes, she picked them up and tucked them under her right arm. Kagome opened her bathroom door. She shut it behind herself. Kagome's bathroom was large like her room. The tub was like a jacuzzi and would fit seventeen people at least, depending on the size of the people of course. Her tub even had the jets. There were white, granite steps leading into her tub for easy access, both to get in and to get out. Her sink counter was large. It was made of granite while the sink was made of a black, grey, and slate colored granite. The faucet and handles were made of stainless steel. The tile floor consisted of black and grey tiles. Her shower was seperate from her tub. The shower head had multiple speeds; the shower head was retractable. Her toilet was porcelain and white. It was right next to the sink counter. A small trashcan was to the left of the toilet.
Kagome set down her clothes on the toilet seat. She stripped out of the clothes she wore to school. She leaned over and turned on the hot water valve all the way and the cold water valve on halfway. She went and picked up a black towel and set it on a towel rack. She waited until the water was hot enough and jumped into the shower.
Kagome sighed in pleasure as the hot water caressed her moon colored skin as she closed her gorgeous blue eyes. She smiled as the water ran in rivulets down her body. She reached for her honeysuckle and strawberry scented shampoo. She poured a modest amount into her hand after she popped open the cap on the shampoo container. She closed the lid and began to work the shampoo into her hair. She shivered as her blunt fingernails scratched lightly against her scalp.
Kagome ducked back under the stream of water from the shower head. She scrubbed the shampoo free from her hair. She picked up her honeysuckle and strawberry scented condition. She popped the cap and pour some into her palm. She set the conditioner down. She gently worked the conditioner into her long tresses. She kept the conditioner in her hair for at least five minutes then she rinsed it out. She picked up her honeysuckle and strawberry scented body wash and popped open the cap. She poured a reasonable amount into her left palm. Kagome worked it into a lather before washing her body. Kagome rinsed off and turned the water off.
She slid the shower door to the right and reached out and grabbed her black, fluffy towel. She dried off her face and feet so she would not make a puddle on the floor. Kagome stepped out of the shower and onto the black mat in front of the shower. She wiped her feet for extra measure. Kagome then stepped out onto the tile flooring. She walked over to her tub. Kagome turned the hot water valve on all the way and turned the cold water valve on part way. Kagome poured a cap full of her spider lily and gardenia scented bubble bath iljust under the stream coming from the tub's faucet. Kagome watched as bubbles filled the tub. She happily breathed in the scent of them. She waited until the tub was filled about halfway. She turned off the cold water valve first then she turned off the hot water valve.
Kagome put her left foot in to the tub first. She sighed in pleasure as she sank down into the tub. She had already shaved that morning so she didn't need to shave. Kagome piled her long, blue-black tresses on top of her head. She grabbed her black, water proof LG Optimus G phone and plugged her head phones in to it. She turned on Walk Away by Kelly Clarkson and listened to it. She knew that once the playlist was done she would have to get out so she closed her eyes and leaned back against the back of the tub. She sighed happily and smiled.
Author's Note: I am sorry for the long wait in updating. My muse was in hiding and I all I would occasionally come up with a few sentences here and there or if I was extremely lucky, I would actually get a paragraph.
