Sesshoumaru frowned at the worry underlying Rin's normally cheerful voice.

"What reason is there for such concern? This one is still here, is he not?"

Small feet shuffled nervously as she avoided his gaze. Bending to her level, he carefully placed a clawed finger to her chin and pushed. Staring directly into her large brown eyes, the demon realised the problem.

"Do not fear, little one. You have remained this Sesshoumaru's favourite."

A muffled squeak behind him caused his eyebrow to raise as he stared at the miko's helplessly smiling face.
