Witch's Invitation

A/N; I'm so sorry for those reading PINK, but I will update it I promise. After I start this one.

Kag's POV

I wonder what other people are doing for Fall Break. Perhaps they plan to go to the country side. I'm just staying home. Or so I thought.

"Hey Kagome!" My mother's voice rang through the house.

"Yeah, Mom?" She came into my room smiling.

"Are staying with Sango this week?"

"No. She went to the countryside, with her family. Why?" She held out a letter. "What's this?"

"An invitation for Souta, Dad, and I to go to this witch's garden place. The odd thing is they didn't mention you."

"Oh, that's why you need me to go to Sango's."

"Actually, I have a friend who's offered to watch you while we're gone." Yes. I am a bit old for this but since we found out I had the Sacred Jewel in me, demons have been chasing me like nuts. It's the reason I had to ride the bus to school.

"Who?" I at least wanted to know who's kids I'd have to put with and for how long.

"My boss." I looked at her.

"You gotta be kidding me." She didn't change her expression. "Mother, they are demons."

That's how I ended up here, standing in front of a huge mansion looking house down the road.

"Hey, Kags!" My ex-boyfriend yelled from one of the second story windows.

This Fall Break, I might actually break something.
