When she was done fuming, I only looked up at her, no regrets.

“So?! What do you have to say for yourself?!”

“Hn.”

“Don’t Hn me!”

“Lower your voice, miko.”

I didn’t care much about the people around us staring as if they’d never seen a daiyoukai and a miko in a quarrel, but I wasn’t fond of being in this kind of spotlight.

“Ka-go-me! My name is Kagome, you mutt!”

She got up to leave, and I wondered why she was dramatizing the situation.

“You said no kissing. I licked.”

She stared at me, incredulous.
