Sesshoumaru crawled up from the end of the mattress to kneel over her body. He pressed his lips reverently to the exposed flesh of her shoulders and chest. In between kisses, he spoke. "Whatever you do, do not become frightened. I fear if you do, your powers will rise to protect you."
