Absolutely Beautiful

Sesshomaru watched as Kagome relaxed and made herslef comfortable. He closed his eyes and went into meditation, then he used his youkai to search for the seal and promptly began the long process of breaking it away. Pieace by piece. Once it was broken, he opened his eyes as Kagome began to pulse. Her human features went away and were replaced by her demon ones. A bright light shone from her forehead and a shimmering gold four-pointed star made itself known. Her ears became pointed, her black, way tresses became longer and looked like they had been dipped in golden stardust. She had two golden stripes adorned each cheek and a single one adorned each wrist. Her nails grew and sharpened and became deadly claws. Her figure became fuller and curvier. Sesshomaru took stock of this after she finished the change, but what surprised him most of all was when she opened her eyes to reveal sparkling sapphires. Sesshomaru then did something he had never done before, he stared. He hadn't eben expected for to wake up for at least a week! Then again, nothing expected ever happened with Kagome.

Kagome sat up and felt better than she ever had. Everything had a sharpness to it. Her eyesight had improved immensly and so had her hearing. She finally felt right! She looked over at Sesshomaru, noticing that he was staring. He never stared at anything. She waved her hands infront of him and snapped her fingers all the while going, "Sesshomaru? Earth to Sesshomaru?" She never got a response. She huffed and caught a glimpse of her hair out of the the corner of her eye. It sparkled and glistened in the candle light. She was in awe, until she heard a knock at the door. She noticed that Sesshomaru was still completely frozen in place.. She just didn't understand men. She sighed. "Enter." An angry demoness stormed in.

"Where is she?! Where is the human that has Sesshomaru-sama so enthralled?!" She then noticed Kagome. "Who the hell are you?"

Kagome merely gave her an annoyed look. Was Sesshomaru the only one that had manners? Instead of answering the flustered woman, she opted for giving her an icy glare.

 Sesshomaru snapped out of it when he saw the glare on Kagome's face and looked to see who it was directed at. Sesshomaru sat there and waited to see what would happen. The demoness decided to lunge at Kagome but she missed. Kagome was gone with a poof of gold mist. The demoness looked around but couldn't find her and looked at Sesshomaru with a triumphant smile on her face. He smiled when he saw Kagome reappear right above her with an evil smirk in place.

"Didn't your parents ever teach you never to let your guard down?" The demoness looked up as Kagome decapitated her with one swipe of her purification claws. "Game over." Kagome looked at Sesshomaru and pounced on him. He caught her and she hugged him saying thank you over and over again. He chuckled and lifted her off the ground and sat them on the bed. She was a gorgeous full-blooded Inu. She was still clinging to him. He had a feeling that she wasn't going to let go of him all night. At least he knew that she wouldn't do anything to him while he was sleeping. She was the only one that he would allow to have liberties with his person. Besides, he was most happy with the outcome. Now he didn't have to worry about losing his friend to old age. He looked down at her realizing that was already asleep. He laid them down and decided that maybe, just maybe, they would pay Inuyasha a visit.

The next morning~

Kagome woke up feeling safe and sound. She looked up and saw Sesshomaru looking down at her. She had fallen asleep on him the night before after her transformation and after dealing with that bothersome demoness. She smiled at him, then her tummy grumbled. It was time to get up. She looked at him with wide eyes. He nodded and they got up, each did their morning routine and went down for breakfast. They both noticed the look they got. Especialy from the males. They all stared at the beauty that was walking alongside their lord and couldn't help but wonder where she came from and who she was.

Sesshomaru smiled to himslef as he bagan to wonder just how the rest of the day would pan out.
