"Kagome." The name rolled off of his tongue in a dark, sensuous timbre like sweet honey. The sound resonated in her ears until she couldn't differentiate between reality and illusion. Had he actually uttered her name or had she imagined it all? Her chest undulated in a slow rhythm in accordance to the slight tremors coursing through his frame. The heat emanating from the body pressing against her and the dominating youki swallowing down her reiki gave her the answer she was seeking desperately. Her tongue darted out to lick her dry lips only to be captured between sharp fangs.
