Valentines challenge: Noodles

Spice: Coriander

Kagome had a servant take her bow to her office as they set up a nice bowl of noodles. The noodles reminded her of Inuyasha making her sigh in frustration. Inuyasha couldn’t handle how Kagome moved on from him. Shaking her head she cheered up a bit at the thought of the old tradition of trying to eat the noodle without breaking it. When she saw the small white flowers decorating the plate the bowl rested on Kagome just stared at Sesshomaru.

He looked at her sheepishly knowing what she was staring at him for. He began to eat his noodles gracefully showing her that if he tried he wouldn’t break the strain of noodle what so ever. Kagome has tired this tradition every year and failed every time. Though this year the flowers were a new touch, and the meaning of said flowers made her want to blush.

“Sesshomaru have you been studying the meaning of flowers?” Kagome asked.

“Of course mate, a lord cannot lack in any conversation my mate may have with the ladies of the court” Sesshomaru said.

“And you do understand what a Coriander flower stands for right?” Kagome asked.

Sesshomaru just smirked.
