Ch. 5 Of The Hour

Kagome was up at the crack of dawn. Going straight to the kitchen after getting dressed. ‘Oh, I am going to tease him with this one!’ Pulling her hair into a ponytail she went to work. First getting out four apples to cut up. Then a dash of cinnamon and putting pieces of butter on top.

Her hands kept busy. Pealing the apples, then cracking several eggs into a bowl. Briefly dabbing her hands onto a damp cloth. She started chopping.

All the while humming. Yup, she was going to try to win this. Her special Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding all ready in action.
