“Hey, Sesshoumaru…” Kagome’s brows were knitted together in thought. It had been another day and he was currently cooking something. Which she guessed to be spaghetti and meat balls. Her own grocery list on a pad of paper pinned to the counter under her elbow.

He tilted his head slightly to let her know that he heard her. Absentmindedly rolling a bit of oregano and chopped onions into the meat.

“Isn’t Inuyasha supposed to be here for our cooking?” She started to worry as Sesshoumaru’s posture stiffened. A low and feral growl filling the room.
