Chapter 87: Family
Kagome smiled at her guests as they sulked quietly like children. It served them right for treating her like a dog’s chew toy.
“So, Sango-chan,” she began. “How was your visit with Kohaku-kun?”
The other woman brightened at the mention of her brother. “It was great! His arm’s broken, but that’ll heal in time.”
“Erm… There seems to be a lot of accidents lately,” Kagome laughed awkwardly, shooting Sesshoumaru a meaningful look.
“Heh, you should see his bullies. They won’t be bothering him anymore,” Sango said proudly. “It’s about time the kid defended himself. He’s too polite.”
