Chapter 68: Fatal Attraction

There were a couple of knocks on the door.

“Sesshoumaru-san?” a feminine voice called. “Are you finished?”

The male stilled, hands clamped over the damp towel on his head. His left arm had been freed from its temporary sling, a few bruises marring his skin. Eying himself in the mirror, he decided that it would be a good idea to cover up. Otherwise, he was sure that Kagome would have an adverse reaction to the sight of his physique, such as fainting or having a bloody nose.

No, he wasn’t narcissistic.

He just had great confidence in his appearance.
