Chapter 64: Flip Out

Kagome frowned deeply, unamused, as she glared at Sesshoumaru. Technically, the brunt of it wasn’t aimed at him, per se, but rather on what he had said.

“The paparazzi? You’re telling me that stalkers are going to ruin my life because of you?” A disbelieving laugh burst from her lips. “I don’t think so, mister.”

“It has already begun, Kagome-san. Your identity is safe for now, but I cannot guarantee how long that will last,” Sesshoumaru replied sincerely, lifting a brow when she stabbed her crepes with her fork.

“That’s reassuring,” she muttered glumly, her spirits dimming.
