Chapter 46: Food
Kagome sighed.
This was honestly the strangest day of her life. Sure, it hadn’t been terribly bad, but it hadn’t been good either. And at the rate things were going, her stress level was bound to skyrocket one way or another–which was definitely bad.
She bit back a groan.
Great. She was making herself have a headache just thinking about it.
“Nnnngh!” she moaned, earning an amused chuckle from her house guest.
Sesshoumaru smirked. “Perhaps you require another cake, Kagome-san. I have heard that chocolate heals all wounds.”
Mustering up a halfhearted scowl, Kagome grumbled, “You’d just eat it.”
