Chapter 40: Fix It

“So, what are we gonna do?”

“We are not going to do anything. I will handle it.”

Inuyasha crossed his arms. “You can’t kill her.” He was honestly surprised to see his brother recoil at the suggestion. “Okay… Good. `Cause that would be suspicious.”

When Sesshoumaru opened his mouth to respond, Inuyasha spoke again.

“No. I know what you’re thinking. And ya can’t. Shipping her to another country is bad. Remember what happened with Kagura?”

Sesshoumaru growled. “I will speak with Kagome-san about the matter. Considering her personality, it is likely she is unaware of the circumstances.”
