Chapter 36: Engage

“Oh, young masters! Your lowly servant is so glad to see you!”

Inuyasha snorted. “Yeah right. You’d rather see us dead than to deal with our shit every day.”

Sesshoumaru’s portly butler sputtered in disbelief, bulbous eyes practically falling out of his head. When he moved to argue with the younger Taishou male, his employer intervened.

“Jaken.”

“Y-yes, Sesshoumaru-sama?”

“You are dismissed for the day. Tell Myouga to cancel all appointments and reschedule them for a later time.”

“B-but–”

“Unless you wish to be beaten to a bloody pulp by my brother… Go home.”
