Endangerment
Disclaimer: Though it saddens me to say it, I don’t own anything relating to Takahashi-sensei’s Inuyasha. However, the plot and/or ideas of this drabble series do belong to me, and a nod of recognition goes to the creator of this challenge.
A/N: None. :)
Chapter 35: Endangerment
“That accident was entirely your fault, bastard,” Inuyasha grumbled, rubbing the soreness out of his neck. The limp in his strides was barely noticeable.
“Contrary to your belief, I am not responsible for every stroke of misfortune in your life, little brother,” came Sesshoumaru’s sarcastic response.
“Feh! This one was totally on you!”
Sesshoumaru merely sighed and kept walking. The arm that was pressed against his chest felt heavier as it hung uselessly in its sling.
“I gotta say though…” Inuyasha said, strangely uncomfortable. “Thanks for saving me. Things coulda been a lot worse.”
“Hn.”
