Chapter 174: Guilty Parties

“This is your fault,” Kagome grumbled at her friend, though her peeved tone was halfhearted at most.

She knew she couldn’t blame Sesshoumaru for wanting to seek out the truth behind his heritage. After all, if it wasn’t for the Jewel’s sudden appearance, in addition to her stories of the Feudal Era, the Taishou male wouldn’t have had any reason to dig up his ancestry. Honestly, it would have been a much simpler task to look up his family’s koseki. At least then, Sesshoumaru wouldn’t have passed out and they wouldn’t be stuck in a hole under the storehouse.
