Chapter 153: Girl Problems

“Eh?” Kagome blurted out. “Are you sure it wasn’t just your blood circulation being cut off? Holding me probably wasn’t easy; I’m not the skinniest person, y’know.”

Sesshoumaru gave her a mild glare. “Have more confidence in yourself,” he chastised. “You are healthy.”

“You’d be surprised…” she muttered under her breath.

His gaze narrowed. “What did you say?”

“Nothing,” was her quick reply as she waved him off. “Just girl problems. You wouldn’t understand.”

“Try me,” he challenged.

“Um, nope. Not gonna happen. You shouldn’t mess with a lady and her self-esteem issues, Mr. Taishou.”
