Chapter 152: Grasshopper

“It’s subtle, but there’s definitely something here… A tiny spark. I can’t believe I missed it before!” Kagome exclaimed, earning baffled looks from several people passing by. An expression of intrigue crossed Sesshoumaru’s features, prompting her to describe the unique experience to him. “It feels like an itch in your nose–almost like a sneeze. Y’know, the whole buildup sensation…thing. And once you focus on it, the feeling is…” She licked her lips. “Electrifying.”

“Similar to when a limb falls asleep. It is…tingly?”

“Exactly!” Kagome chirped.

Sesshoumaru made an interesting noise in his throat then. “I felt it.”
