Chapter 139: Give It Up

“What do you do for a living?”

Kagome smiled. “You mean… Besides running into rich guys and meeting other sorts of interesting people?”

Sesshoumaru’s mouth twitched slightly as he tipped his head. “If you would enlighten me.”

“Well,” she said. “I’m a photographer for a magazine.” At the quirking of his brow, she elaborated, “Not for the gossiping kind! You already know how I feel about stalkers with cameras. I’m not one of them.”

“A likely story,” the man dryly replied. “Hand over the QuickSnap.”

Kagome gasped dramatically, mouth wide open. “Not my Fujifilm! Get your own!”
