Chapter 116: Frequent Eater

The loud grumbling of her stomach had Kagome blushing deeply in embarrassment. Her hands desperately pressed over her middle, hoping to stop the offending noise. And Sesshoumaru, ever the gentleman, merely arched a brow at her nervous titter.

“Sorry…”

“Another snack?” he suggested, amused when her face brightened instantly. Her eyes were wide, and her lips were parted in surprise. She smiled.

“If you don’t mind?” A question mark was hastily tacked on at the end. “I mean–”

“Hanami dango.” Sesshoumaru adjusted his grip on the shopping bag over his shoulder. “There is a booth nearby.”
