Chapter 110: Fast Lane

It would have been naive of Kagome to not acknowledge the obvious chemistry between her and Sesshoumaru. How much of it existed she could not say for certain, but she knew she wasn’t the only one interested in their relationship. The attraction between them seemed to be genuine.

From what she observed, the male held no patience for other people. While he was respectful and polite, he kept everybody at a distance. In a way, she could understand his hesitance, given his personality and profession, though she couldn’t deny that he had allowed her to be closer than any other.
