The sun had just dipped below the horizon when Touga walked out with both of the girls. Sesshomaru and Inuyasha were in shocked awe they both looked beautiful.

Once reaching the alter, the preacher spoke. “Who gives these women?”

Touga spoke loud and clear, “I Touga Tashio gives these women.”

With a kiss to each cheek he placed Kikyo’s hand into Inuyasha’s hand and Kagome’s hand into Sesshomaru’s hand.

The preacher spoke once more, “Inuyasha and Sesshomaru repeat after me as you place the rings.”

Sesshomaru and Inuyasha’s voices rang in perfect harmony as they repeated the preacher’s words and placed the rings.

“Today, I am proud to take you as my wife/mate.

I vow to be your best friend, companion, constant friend, soul mate, true love, and loving partner

And to whole-heartedly support, share, encourage, and uplift

Your hopes, dreams, goals, ambitions, aspirations, desires, wishes, and choices.

I promise to be your rock, hero, champion, strength, foundation, and safe haven,

And to be there through whatever life brings us.

When you fall, I will catch you;

When you cry, I will comfort you;

When you laugh, I will share your joy. 

I give you everything I have

And everything I am.

From this moment forward and for all time.”

Kikyo and Kagome had tears in their eyes by the time Sesshomaru and Inuyasha had finished. The preacher then turned to them and told them to repeat after him as well. Once Kagome and Kikyo had the rings in their hands the looked into Sesshomaru and Inuyasha’s eyes as they repeated.
