Prompt: Peridot (understanding, life, prosperity)

“Yeah okay.” Inuyasha started slowly. He still wasn’t happy about this for some reason. Sesshomaru had been with Kagome alone until the rest of them got there. But Kagome wouldn’t ever...would she? He nodded and said, “Fine then. But we’re mating as soon as we get to the feudal era and we’re going to have a pup asap so no other males get any funny ideas. Another life in the world would keep you busy.” he said this as a final order. Kagome turned red staring at Sesshomaru with a ‘help me’ look. Miroku grinned hentai-ishly.

Sesshomaru cracked his knuckles---Sango noticed this and so did Rin. They’d thought that Inuyasha understood?! What a baka! And in front of everyone too?!

“Uhh Inuyasha didn’t you ever hear of privacy? And you should give a girl some time to plan her wedding you know!” Kagome said hastily trying to stall him and his dirty thoughts. “Shippo honey can you get me a glass of water from the kitchen? I’m thirsty all of a sudden.” Kagome said.

What she was really trying to do was to get Shippo away from Inuyasha….she knew that he’d attack Inuyasha for saying such things to her.
