Prompt: Winter Cherry (Deception)

She didn’t know what she was doing! Here she was about to finally come clean but she kept deceiving him. She wanted to tell him that she couldn’t mate him. She wanted to say that she and him were never meant to be but was Inuyasha trying to be stupid? No really…

He caught the both of them in her bedroom and not only that she was in a freaking towel! She was hiding Sesshomaru (poor guy) in the bathroom. He was here before everyone ‘helping’ Kagome out and she had a piece of silver hair on her shoulder! Maybe he was ignoring that fact. Maybe he was waiting for when Kagome told him herself? Gah she must be going nuts.

Although….being with Sesshomaru, having his hands on her body---trying to ease her tense body….and boy was she tense and upset. Was this deception? ‘Inuyasha..’ Kagome thought as she opened the book. Surely it wasn’t just a book right? All eyes were on her as she casually, quite slowly opened it (just so she could see first) She didn’t know what could be hiding inside those pages.

Abruptly she closed the book as she heard the girls (and Miroku’s lecherous expression) that they should all stay here the night because they heard a storm outside. Yeah…but now Kagome had to decide who to put with whom. Great…..
