Prompt 128: Soulmate

-In the well house- (with everyone)

“The hell did you!? Sesshomaru I’m going to…she’s MINE! How dare you!” Inuyasha stared and yelled at his face, cracking his knuckles. Even Sesshomaru knew better than to try and ‘nab’ someone else’s mate! Followed court rules, laws and abided by them etc….

“Hn. Yours? Since when? Perhaps this Sesshomaru should look for a mark on her body?” Sesshomaru said with a trademark smirk. (Meaning perhaps I should undress her to check?)

A lecherous look, a loud sigh and two grins from ‘kids’ (would always be seen as such even if they were old) who should not be listening to this. Sango hoped/prayed their stupidity did not cause anything to happen to the well.

“Hmm…never seen Inuyasha so speechless.” Miroku said looking thoughtful.

“In any case---if you were not aware---lady Kagome shares a birthmark in the same area with this Sesshomaru. Do you know where it is?” Sesshomaru said.

Mate indeed….

Why did he feel threatened? Like Inuyasha was trying to take his mate away from him?

“When the hell did you see her damn birthmark you bastard?!” Inuyasha said and then turned towards Kagome with a ‘face’ that Sesshomaru did not appreciate. (The way Inuyasha was looking at her) He could feel her tense up.

“Well Inuyasha---uhh it’s like this….” Kagome started turning pale and looked at Sesshomaru for help.

“This means Kagome is MY soulmate not yours right?” Sesshomaru said.

“Sesshomaru you are such a pain in the a**! I can’t even! Why couldn’t I have had a cute little sister?!”
