January Prompt: Ice  

-In the well house- (Kagome’s home)

Everyone stood around the well---some annoyed sighing and wanting to go home to the feudal era, some wanting to shed blood right here and now---some with a facial expression that something lecherous could and was about to happen. Inuyasha was doing his best to yet again ‘egg’ Sesshomaru into a fight. Sheesh! Like he couldn’t wait to kick ass in the feudal era. Besides they had police in this era too…..

“Inuyasha.” Kagome started from behind Sesshomaru (who was protecting her from Inuyasha who looked like he was going to just jump and attack right now). Of course she couldn’t blame him. He was a demon who was trying to ‘protect his mate’ (or so his inner demon thought she already was) and felt like Sesshomaru was a danger to Kagome.

Well in a way….

“Inuyasha…” Sesshomaru started in his usual cold tone---this time dripping with danger, ice and a warning like he’d be a dead dog if he took another step towards Kagome who Sesshomaru already saw as his mate. They already did ‘stuff’ that mates do so all was well and done. all they had to do was have sex and she needed a mark. which would be done asap when they got back home. 

Then without warning Sesshomaru wrapped an arm around Kagome and kissed her fully on the mouth as others got shocked, lecherous, a gasp! Sounds from the others. Then a loud thunder-type sound rumbled around them. Was this the well? Or were they in danger?
