Kagome took a deep breath, she didn’t want to get worried, however she did not know how long he had been gone for.  And suddenly a realization came upon her.  She was about to start a jouney into the unknown.  She had never been here before, this was going to be strange for her.  But she was willing to give this a try.  But how things stood between her and Sesshoumaru, that was still a little uncertain, they needed to talk.  But she just didn’t know how to approach the Daiyoukai with this sort of topic.  She would probably do what she always did.  Wing it.
