Splash....Via Portal!

There was a sudden splash in the water that drew the watchers attention.  There seemed to be a being coming from the water, as their figure was slowly revealed they saw that terror slowly spread over her eyes, like she knew something was coming. 

“No!  Please no!  You do this every time, it’s never different, every time it is the same!”  She cried as she got up and tried to run.  “I’m changing the landscape this time.  I won’t just let this play out again!”  Kagome yelled as she tore down the beach in her bare feet, translucent blue skirt flying behind her. 

The being caught up quickly though, more quick than any normal motion.  They pushed the priestess down to the ground and her whimpers could be heard.  There was a slightly pink sparkle that drew the watchers attention from the scene.  At her palms there was a slightly pink sheen and the watcher saw it grow as her protests grew. 

“NO!”  Was the perilous scream that erupted from the young priestess’ throat and there was a pink light that consumed the shadow creature that was in front of her.  But as she screamed and killed the creature but at the moment she did the watcher was thrown out of her dream and back into reality.

“The hell?”  He asked himself and his servant in the room answered.

“Sir, what happened?”

“It seems she threw me out of the dream.  Didn’t you tell me she wouldn’t be able to sense me there?”

“Yes, there is no way she should have.”

“Then her display of power in her dream overrode me.”  His voice was puzzled as he shook his head and tried to clear the buzzing in his ears.
