Kagome was quite happy at the moment; the pleasure was nearly edible on her lips.  She didn’t know how the woman did it, but she was experiencing pleasure comprehensible to what she experienced with Sesshoumaru, he was certainly good to her. 

“Wherever did you learn this art my dear?”  Kagome said in the moments she was able to speak. 

“It is my special skill Lady Kagome.”  Akane said but she refrained from looking at Kagome, dutiful, just like most of the females that Kagome had seen in Sesshoumaru’s company.  “It is a penchant of my race, we are healers, I enjoy helping those who need help. “  She said with a small smile.

“How long have you been in Sesshoumaru’s employ?”  Kagome asked curiously, she was growing to like this woman, she could see her finding companionship in her.  There certainly were more women in her life now and she felt that she could grow close to them all, that they would help develop her into the woman she needed to be. 

“Oh I have been with the Lord for many years, since after he came back with the young Miss Rin.  I help in his recovery process after his terrible wound.”  She said with a smile.

“You care much for the two of them don’t you?”  Kagome said, smiling.

“Oh I..uh..that is I to say.”  Akane stumbled but with the kind look on Kagome’s face she continued.    “Yes I care very much for the Lord and young Miss Rin, she has been good for our master, you have been good for him too.”  She said with a slight blush.

“Do you think so?”  Kagome said with a wondering tone to her voice.

“Yes ma’am.  I have noticed a kindness come over our lord since your appearance.”

Kagome smiled and took this to heart. 

“Please dear, call me Kagome.” 

“Alright, Miss Kagome.”

“Close enough.”  Kagome chuckled.
