Sesshoumaru wondered about the prevarication in her words.  He could not directly understand her meaning but he was sure that there was nothing bad hidden in those sultry tones.  He looked at her and pulled her into his lap, where he just held her for a few moments. 

“One day…”  He started in a rumbling baritone as he eyes seriously met hers.  “I want to take you as my mate Kagome.  But until that day, we can still do things like this.”  He quirked his eyebrow at her.

“Like what?”  She asked confused and then his lips came crashing down.
