Summary- Kagome thought the world was all sunshine and happiness until the love of her is ripped away from her. Kagome faces trial after trail to get them back but will she crack under the weight of an unforeseen event will this give her the push she needs to take back control of her life. Or will she let her rivals strip away her soul.

“Kagome come here,” Sesshomaru commanded softly removing his tie. Kagome stood by the door staring silently at Sesshomaru as he removed his clothes slowly teasingly. Groaning Kagome walked toward him an ache forming in her stomach. “Maru,” She groans standing in front of him now running her hands down his chest.
“Your knees Ka-Go-Me,” Sesshomaru growled dropping his pants to the floor and releasing his cock. Slowly Kagome wrapped her mouth around him sucking as though her life depended on it. ‘What’s the matter with me,’ Kagome thought as she grew wetter. Tilting his head back Sesshomaru groaned as he grabbed a hand full of Kagome’s hair scratching his claws through her hair.

Kagome slowly opened her eyes and quickly closed them at the sun filtering in through the blinds. Reaching out Kagome sat up quickly looking for Sesshomaru but found a letter in his place.

Tears fill Kagome’s eyes as she finishes the letter.
“Sesshomaru… No,” Kagome whispered dropping the letter on the bed.
Falling back on to the bed Kagome cried into the pillow until sleep once again claimed her.

Sesshomaru sat behind his desk chest tight as he looked over the agreement letter on his desk.
‘Damn you Mother.’ Sesshomaru thought his mind drifting to Kagome and the night before.
“Sir your mother is on line two.” A voice said from the loud speaker.
A sigh found its way from his throat.
“Yes mother.”
“Sesshomaru I need you to come through and see your mate…”
“Mother she is NOT my mate and never will be.”
“Sesshomaru you WILL come down here and meet Kagura and she will be your mate or my company will go to someone else.
“I will see you and her at lunch mother.”
“Yes that will be fine how about we meet at the little diner at the corner of Redic.”
“Yes mother.”
Sesshomaru hung up and stood from behind his desk. Walking out of his office and heading for his fathers. Stopping by the mail room Sesshomaru grabbed his stack and continued on his way flipping through his mail as he stepped on the elevator and clicking the fifteenth floor.
“Good morning sir.”
“Hm Sango grabbed the Shikon files and have a copy on my desk and be ready for a memo at two thirty.”
“Yes sir,” Sango said as Sesshomaru stepped off the elevator.
Knocking once Sesshomaru stepped into his father’s office and taking a seat.
“Is there a loophole father,” Sesshomaru asked locking eyes with him.
“Yes there is son. Her in line twelve it clearly states that all you have to do is marry not mate so there is a chance in voiding the marriage. In line thirty three it states that if there is any act of foul play as in cheating, child birth, or forgery of claims the contract is void and the company is yours. But Sesshomaru this is all on the women’s part this contract is only void if she does any of these things, not you,” Toga said looking at Sesshomaru with stern eyes.
“There’s nothing else.”
“No, other than those things it’s solid,” Toga stopped and his eyes softened, “How’s Kagome taking the news.”
“I don’t know,” Sesshomaru said looking at the ground ashamed.
“What do you mean son.”
“I did not tell her face to face I wrote her a letter and left it on her pillow this morning,” Sesshomaru whispered.
Silence filled the room at Sesshomaru’s confession. Looking up Sesshomaru was shocked to see his father gone.
‘Kagome,” He thought standing and going to his own office.

A pounding snatched Kagome from her sleep. Looking at the clock Kagome saw that it was going on one o-clock in the afternoon. Slowly rising from her bed Kagome drug herself to the door.
“Who is it,” Kagome asked stopping.
“Gome open the door,” Toga said softly.
Opening the door tears clouded Kagome’s eyes as she as she looked into the golden eyes of Toga.
‘He’s getting Married, Married,’ was all Kagome could think as the night before filled her mind.
“Kagome I’m so sorry.” Toga said softly pulling Kagome into his arm as he stepped into the apartment “Anything you need sweetie I’ll be here to help you. Gome no matter what I’ll be here for you always.”
Tears flooded Kagome’s eyes as she fell to the floor dragging Toga with her.
“Dad I want him back… I want him Back…” Kagome cried clutching on to Toga’s shirt.
