Cycle of Seasons

A Garden Blooms in the Springtime

Theme: Spring

For her, it starts in spring.

It is a season of birth and renewal,

of joyous things and finding beauty in beginnings.

Feelings bud, peak through, barely visible to her own eyes at first.

She notices his quiet solitude, his strength, his honor;

watches him in silence as the birds chirp merrily in her ears.

She admires the strong stem of his body, wishes to touch the glistening silver petals of his hair.

He is not unfeeling but misunderstood,

keeps his heart guarded within a safe of thorns.

And she sees this all within the depths of his impossibly golden eyes.

A seed is planted.

Soon the sprinkles of delicate color, the seasonal flowers that litter the ground at his feet become nothing in comparison to the angelic beauty she sees when she looks at him.

And with the occasional pitter-patter of spring rain her feelings grow;

floras bud, bloom, and brighten until she has a secret garden of ardor which she tends just for him.
