~ooO KYN - Wind Ooo~

She sensed his presence before she heard or even saw him. Gracefully she turned in the direction she was being drawn to. A warm wind blew against her face, lifting her skirts and causing the sleeves to flutter.

Then she saw him dressed in white spider-youkai silk garments that moved gently in the breeze. She envied him, his smooth silver tresses. They seemed to almost float in the wind before settling down neatly. Her own black locks were always tangled after being wind-blown. He looked breath taking, almost ethereal, a creature of moonlight and starlight, something not of this world. But he was, and he was all hers.

She dropped her bag and her pace quickened as she walked at a near-run to him. She was walking into the wind now, the strong gusts tugging short black strands out of the elaborate knot secured by wooden kanzashi, a gift from her bratty but lovable younger brother. She had wanted to look nice for her mate.

She was standing in front of him now, the wind swirling around them, causing her skirts to flutter against his hakamas. The grass around them was almost flat, pressed horizontally against the ground in the strong breeze. She lifted her eyes up to meet his.

“Sesshoumaru,” she murmured.

He crooked one finger under her chin, tilting her face up and bent towards her.

“My mate,” he whispered against her lips before kissing her fiercely.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and reciprocated the action whole-heartedly. She had been parted from him for too long it seemed. Kagome was even more certain of her decision, to stay in the Feudal Era and leave her world behind. She belonged to this time and Sesshoumaru now.
