Chapter 1 - Heir
Hey all. I had this story stuck in my head for a couple of months now and decieded to start to write it while working. Its a bit different than what i have read, let me know what you think.....As for my other story i am still writing a bit here and their...But i promis it will be finished....

Chapter 1 - Heir
My story starts in a world that is not your own. Northeast of your planet Earth, is where my planet sits, we call ours Pandora. It is light years away form your own.
My planet is completely different than your planet Earth, with Angels and Demons and things like mythical creatures living, to Elemental Dragons and Unicorns that has wings as white as snow or black as the night sky. Castles as large as the sky sit on the sides of mountains. Trees that can touch the sky, mountains that float in the sky, animals no smaller than a average horse, their are also no buildings, no wires, no factories and modes of transportation.
Just wilderness everywhere you look.
At night the whole world seams to glow, everything you touch glows, to trees, and plants, to the ground you walk on. In the sky you can see the large moons so close as if they are kissing the planet.
It is a true beauty when you look behind the wars. But what I want to tell you has nothing to do with my world , but yours alone.
You see i come form the Midnight Black Dog Demon family, we have our human form with different markings, and pointed ears like elves, and them we would have the beast form that almost resembles a large dog with those same markings as our human form but only on our faces.
My home rests in a large mountain covered with wildlife. The walls inside and outside are made from the finest blackish/gray bricks, the floors, stairs, and doors of the castle are from the richest red oak trees. The windows are make from the finest crystals stretching from the floor of any room to the very top of the the ceiling.
Centuries before I was born, my father the Northern King of the Shikon Moon allienced himself with the Western King and Queen of the Cerescent Moon clan of Silver Dog Demons.
They agreed that once the Northern king took a mate and bore a female pup that their first born son Prince Sesshomaru would mark her as his intended mate, and once that female pup came of age they would mate and join their kingdoms together forming one great force.
But that would soon change.
Centries later my father Lord Shin a Jet Black Inu Demon with the black symbol of a cross that went from one side of his eyebrow to the other side, and the top of the cross went from the middle of is forehead to the end of his nose. And he also had red stripes on his cheaks, wrists, hips, and ankles, he took a mate, a beautiful Dark Blue Inu Deamoness with no symbol and light pink strips on her cheaks, wrists, hips and ankles.
My mother Midoroku didn't have any symbol only because she was not mated, once the male either claimed them as your intened or mated them they would gain the symbol of their mate on their body showing who they belonged to.
Years later i was born, on the lunar moon cycle, where the planets align. A rare birth from the legends of the elders.
It is said one birthed one the lunar moon cycle will have the power of the elemental gods and mate the strongest of beings.
My father held a grand party in his palace in one of the largest rooms for the birth of his first heir, the grand hall where the king would host the gatherings with his lands and collect taxes from the locals.
The hall itself was over a hundred feet long with a large red carpet leading up to the throne where the King and Queen sat in their matching solid golden seats with red velvet cushings. The Kings throne was much larger than his Queens and at the very top of his throne sat a large black cross that matched the one of his clam symbol. The left of the Kings throne is where the Queen sat was a large solid golden cradle.
The heir of any kingdom could be either male or female.
I was the first female heir over a thousand centuries.
Their were different color patterns for each Lord. The Northern my family had the colors of red and gold. The Southern clan had the colors of black and purple. The Western clan had the colors of blue and gold. And the Eastern had the colors of black and brown.
The Eastern Lord showed up first with their clan colors of black and brown, Lord Kora and Queen Sairie and their heir Prince Koga all had the same symbol of the lightning bold right above their left eyebrow. They were from the brown wolf clan, see they didn't live in a castle like the other Lords were, they lived in caves that had connecting tunnels threwout the main Eastern Mountains.
"Let me see" the young prince said eagerly running trying to get the the sold gold cradle with white silk sheats wrapped around the baby keeping her warm.
"Easy young prince, she is sleeping" said Queen Midoroku as she sat next to her mate.
Prince Koga slowed down being careful not to arose the sleeping pup in the golden cradle. He was just tall enough to stand upon his tippy toes to pear in.
"She is beautiful" said the young prince.
And indeed she was, inside their lay a tiny baby sleeping with not a care in the world. With Jet Black hair with Midnight Blue glow to it like her father and mother and beautiful rosy cheeks and light pink lips like her mother. She had the face of the her father.
From what the young prince seen of her she had to be the tinest baby alive, with only being about a good 2.1 feet in length.
"Wow she is tiny Queen Midoroku, I want her to be my mate" he said while looking at the pup.
Midoroku was shocked as so was Lord Shin. "Ah young cub, you cannot mate her. She is already taken by young Prince Sesshomaru of the Western lands" said his father.
He knew about the alliance with the two kingdoms. And didn't really care as long as they didn't fight him.
"What do you mean she is already taken, you can't mean that cold hearted mutt and his younger brother Inu-trasha" he said. All went silence just staring at the young prince.
Than the eastern lord spoke up "Koga, you should not speek that way about anyone, remember what I said. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything else... Now come here and stand by me " he said with authority in his voice.
"Yes Father" the young prince said while giving the tiny pup one last lingering look and moving by his father with his head down and his tail tucked under him.
"Sorry about that My Lord Shin. This cub has a mouth on him and he will say just about anything for attention." Said the Eastern Lord while giving his son a look.
"That is fine, all pups and cubs are like that, and my pup is starting to show hers" he said while waving a dismissive hand twards the other Lord.
"Really.....How....She is so young" lord Kora said while looking at the large cradle showing his shock.
"Yea well you see when she wants fed she will wail untill she gets what she wants, and she has the voice to make your ears bleed" he said.
"Ah that is just pups My Lord" another voice spoke.
Lord Shin looked to the double doors and shuddered. "Good evening Lord Naraku" Shin said.
And indeed Lord Naraku was their with his Queen Kagura and their heir Prince Magatuhi and their most recent child Princess Kikyo.
"Ah Lord Naraku its good to see you this fine day" said Lord Kora. He felt his son shakening beside him while grabbing onto his paints.
"I have come to see Lord Shin's first born heir and give her my gift" said Lord Naraku while going up to his king.
"I will be announcing her once the Western King gets here" Lord Shin said while looking at the newest addition to the Southern Lands.
She almost looked like his little one but different. Where his pup looked like she was constunally happy Naraku's child looked like the dead. With pail skin, plain Jet Black Hair and eyes a dull brown, with no emotion on her skinny face.
If he didn't have his sensitive hearing he would have thought her dead. Shuddering inside he turned twards his people. Everyone was waiting for the Western Lord and their Prince to arrive to present his heir to them and give them his gifts.
About ten minutes later one of the servents came up to him and said "The Western Lord has arived My Lord"
"Thank You" he said.
Not even before the servent left did he hear the grand doors open to reviel the Western Lord Toga And his Queen Shakimi and the heir Prince Sesshomaru and Prince Inuyasha.
They all looked almost alike even thoe they were from the Silver Inu Clan. They all had the same Silver hair and Amber eyes. With Toga he had his hair pulled up in a poney tail with his dark blue strips. With his youngest son Inuyasha he also had his hair pulled back but he had red and black strips upon his face. The Queen Shakimi she had her hair down framing her face with magenta strips, and the heir Prince Sesshomaru had his hair down behind his sholders with strips like his mother.
They all stoped before Lord Shin while Prince Sesshomaru got to one knee and put his head down showing his neck as a sign of submission and said.
"Lord Shin, and Queen Midoroku. I Prince Sesshomaru heir to the Western Lands would like to approach your heir and look upon her and give her my mark. To mark her mine"
Lord Shin stayed silence for a moment and then spoke. "I Lord Shin give you Prince Sesshomaru permission to approach my heir and claim her "Said he said while looking at the young prince, he looked no more than an eight year old with his fine silver hair and his amber eyes.
He was wearing a white outfit with red hexagons on the shoulders and a blue and golden sash tied around his waist. The clothing looked perfect and it matched is magenta strips and blue Ceresent moon on his forehead.
He stood up and approached the golden cradle pearing inside. Their she was his intended mate. She was currently looking up at him with her sky blue eyes and hier little head cocked sideways as if she was trying to guess what he wanted. To him she was the most beautifulist thing ever.
"I approve" was all he said before he leaned over and placed his lips upon the side of her left eye and kissed her while adding his demon aura upon is lips to give it to her. A neon green glow surrounded is lips and her eye for a second and he pulled his lips away and looked at his mark. A small light blue Ceresent moon stood upon the side of her eye with three smaller dots surrounding the moon. She giggled and moved her little arms reaching out twards him. He smiled and put his hand in her tiny fist and she giggled even more.
With one last lingering look he moved back to his fathers side and stood their waiting for Lord Shin to precide with the gathering.
Lord Shin stepped over to to his heir and lifted her up while leaving the white silk blanket and moved to the front of his throne.
"I present my heir and Prince Sesshomaru's intended mate Kagome Higurashi" the crowd erupted into applause and shouts. Everyone awed to the new heir of the Northern lands.
They were all happy for the King and Queen. All except one, unoticed to anyone black eyes narrowed 'She will be MINE soon! He laughed and left unoticed to the guests. 'Soon, My Angel. Soon'.
