Chapter 96: One-Sided

It was nearly sunset when Kagome lost consciousness once more. Following her frightening episode, Moriko went off to check on Rin and the rest of the staff in the household, leaving Sesshoumaru to watch over the ill woman.

The demoness had been so excited to find out that the stoic male had accepted the Shikon Priestess into the pack that she’d fired off one question after another, annoying him greatly. But when he didn’t bother to answer any of them, she’d been disappointed and had complained. Loudly.

After that, she’d fled when his claws became alight with a green glow.
