Chapter 407: You Got Me

Kagome huffed as she struggled to sit up. Tiring quickly, it felt like she didn’t have any bones in her body. When was the last time she had eaten?

I’ll never take walking for granted ever again.

Her alpha’s long yukata dwarfed her form, the cloth becoming loose around her shoulders. Gathering a bundle of the material to her chest, she inhaled Sesshoumaru’s scent. The wildly masculine smell helped to calm the flood of insecurities bombarding her mind.

She didn’t know how long she sat there against the wall, but she breathed a sigh when strong arms lifted her up.
