Chapter 400: No Rest For the Wicked

“Sesshoumaru-sama, if I may…”

The daiyoukai pinned Naraku with a crimson stare. He hid his grief behind his fury. “Do not speak to me, filth.”

The half-demon gazed at him warily, remembering when he had been stabbed by the same angry being before he was brought to Satomi’s floating castle. “I only wanted to remind you to revive her. My shouki should have been purged by now. Anything left over after her… death,” he tried to say the word as delicately as possible, “should have also been purified in the water. Give her the herbs for the antidote as well.”
