Chapter 386: Proposal

“In any case, I’ll have to kill you now.”

“What?” Kagome stared when the male ran his fingers through the messy waves of his hair. In her opinion, he seemed a little too calm about the sudden statement. Too casual.

And then Sesshoumaru appeared outside the circle, his hand smoking from her barrier. Disregarding the burns caused by the combination of the salt and glowing inscriptions on the floor, he remained steadfast in trying to push his way through.

Kagome jumped to her feet. “Please stop! Don’t come any closer, Sesshoumaru-sama!”

He roared. ”Never turn your back on the enemy!”
