Chapter 304: Drowse

A delighted sigh passed through Kagome’s lips as she patted her stomach, leaning back on her other hand.

“That hit the spot,” she murmured with a lazy smile. Her cheeks were flushed with pleasure, and her eyes had a glossy sheen to them. She was tired, but ridiculously satisfied. All she really wanted to do was lay down and go to sleep. “Definitely feeling a food coma coming on.”

Though he understood the odd phrasing of her words, Sesshoumaru frowned. “Coma?”

“Mm-hmm. I’ve got a food baby, Sesshoumaru-sama.”

Disturbed, he wasn’t quite sure what to say to that.
