Chapter 292: Rouse

“Kagome…”

There was a deep sigh. “Hm?”

Sesshoumaru ran a knuckle along the curve of her cheek. Then he dipped his head and licked at the bruise he’d made on her neck. “It is time to wake up, miko,” he whispered.

Kagome rolled over and buried her face into his firm chest. “Do I have to?” came her sleepy reply.

“You will eat,” her alpha answered in amusement.

At this, the female moved onto her back and stretched, arching her spine. When she was finally content, her eyes opened, and she smiled warmly at him.

“Hi, Sesshoumaru-sama.”
