Chapter 288: Melt

After a blissful nap a few hours later, Sesshoumaru’s eyes opened lazily, stretching as he did so. It was a bit difficult because his current bed partner had taken the entire left side of his body hostage. Her arms and legs were so entangled with his own that it seemed she had simply melted into him.

Her petite form was hidden by his yukata, revealing only her neck and face. The contrast of the periwinkle shade, along with her dark hair, emphasized the paleness of her skin.

Her little snores warmed his heart.

His packmate was…

This woman was beautiful.
