Chapter 284: Spent

In the privacy of Sesshoumaru’s room, Kagome was gently set on her feet before the daiyoukai unceremoniously collapsed onto his futon. A little more than alarmed, Kagome rushed over to his side and dropped to her knees, wincing as they hit the floor.

“Sesshoumaru-sama?” she asked, leaning over him, patting his shoulder. “I need you to answer me… Hey.”

“Hn?” he grumbled.

Kagome breathed a sigh of relief. “Are you alright?”

“No.”

The miko blinked at his answer. “Is there anything I can do to help?”

Sesshoumaru yawned widely, revealing sharp, pearly-white fangs.

“Sleep with me.”
