Chapter 271: No Choice

Kagome blushed, pointedly staring at the moon on Sesshoumaru’s forehead. “I’m not getting naked with you,” she told him. “Besides, I’ve already had a bath today.”

The Western Lord slipped out of the sleeves of his haori, chest bare. “The scent of the Netherworld clings to this Sesshoumaru. It is,” his nose wrinkled, “most unpleasant.”

“So? You can just bathe by yourself. I don’t need to be here.”

Sesshoumaru smirked smugly. “You were thoroughly covered in my scent when you embraced me. A grooming is in order.”

Kagome grumbled softly, knowing she was trapped. “No more hugs for you.”
