Chapter 269: Tall Order

“Gather your clothes.”

Kagome looked at herself and then at the male before her strangely. “Excuse me?” The pair had made it to his quarters, where he had returned Tessaiga to its sheath–Kagome had always carried it with her when he’d left–and set his swords on the rack by the wooden chest.

Sesshoumaru removed his armor and mokomoko, and sifted through the trunk on the floor. Sparing her a glance, he fished out two of his yukatas: one a periwinkle blue and the other a solid black. Both had matching silver obis.

They would have to do for now.
