Chapter 268: Black Sheep(dog)

Sesshoumaru and his agitated “captive” made their way down the long corridor toward his room. They passed by elaborate tapestries depicting scenes of wildlife and various flora. Most of them were of cherry blossoms. Others were of Satomi’s family. Sesshoumaru was the last in the line of the Moon clan beside his mother.

Despite carrying Moriko’s blood, Kazuya had not been included in the wall of portraits because no moon adorned his brow even though he was her first and only pup. His hybrid status was surprisingly inconsequential.

And it was a damn shame because Sesshoumaru respected his older cousin.
