Chapter 247: Strategy

Touga’s golden gaze bore into his son’s. “What chore?” he demanded.

When Sesshoumaru remained silent, Touga’s attention snapped down to the girl in his arms. Kanna raised herself up slightly, and the Dog General found himself lowering his head to hear her soft whispers. His eyes widened once she was done.

The man’s frown was one of disapproval as he told her, “I knew my son needed your guidance, but I did not realize the plan was to use you as bait.” He sighed as she buried her face in his mokomoko. “It’s alright, little one. I am not angry.”
