A/N: Went to see Man of Steel yesterday and got distracted… Henry Cavill is a fine specimen of a man. Not sorry that I didn’t post more chapters last night. :3 Update 1 of 3.

Chapter 237: Handicap

Sesshoumaru expanded his youki, cautiously searching for his father’s. Judging from Touga’s dry laugh, he figured that it was a useless endeavor as he could not even locate the man’s aura.

“Energy is different here. My youki–if it exists–is abysmal.”

“You are weak.”

Touga tutted softly. “At least try to hide your disappointment, pup,” he muttered. “I have enough power to keep Sou’unga contained.”

“For now,” Sesshoumaru declared. “And should you grow tired…”

Touga rolled his eyes. “I’m already weary. And old,” he retorted. “However, my spirit is not so easily broken. Duty and honor triumph still.”
